1. What is FansForged?

FansForged is an independent online store offering apparel and related products with fan-inspired designs.

2. Are your products official merchandise?

No. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, FansForged products are not official merchandise and FansForged is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any third-party studio, publisher, brand, franchise, or rights holder.

FansForged does not claim ownership of any third-party characters, names, titles, logos, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property that may appear in or inspire product artwork. All such rights belong to their respective owners.

3. How are your products made?

Most FansForged products are produced individually, slight variations in appearance, placement, or color may occur.

4. How long does production take?

Typical production time is 2–5 business days before shipment. Production may take longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, FansForged ships to many destinations worldwide where carrier service is available.

7. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. If tracking is available, we send tracking information by email once your order ships.

8. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless those charges are collected at checkout through a prepaid duties option.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

You should contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel an order. We will try to help but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

10. What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including buyer’s-remorse returns, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and otherwise eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Do you offer free returns?

Yes. Return shipping is free on approved returns.

12. When do I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

13. What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@fansforged.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund.
