Orders & Production
- How are your shirts made? Every shirt is printed to order via our partner Printful – we don’t hold inventory. Our in-house team creates unique fan-inspired designs (using AI-assisted tools), and each design is printed onto premium tees using high-quality DTG/DTF printing.
- How long does production take? Typical production (printing) takes about 2–5 business days from when you place your order. During high-demand periods (launches, holidays) production may take longer. We’ll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Can I change or cancel my order? If you contact us immediately, we may be able to update or cancel it before printing begins. Email info@fansforged.com with your order number and requested change. Once printing has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship? We ship worldwide via Printful’s fulfillment network. Most countries are supported; if a destination is restricted, our site will prevent checkout. Please note: international orders may incur import duties (see next Q).
- How long does shipping take? Shipping time = Processing + Transit. Processing is ~2–5 business days. Then transit is typically 3–4 business days to U.S. addresses, and 5–20 business days internationally (including Canada). (Paid expedited options, if chosen, are faster.)
- Will I get tracking? Yes. When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package.
- Do international orders have customs/VAT fees? International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes. These are typically paid by the recipient unless you select the prepaid “DDP” option at checkout. FansForged does not collect customs fees.
- My tracking says "Delivered," but I don’t have it — what now? First, wait 24–48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark orders delivered early. Check around your delivery area (porch, garage, etc.) and ask neighbors or your building office. If it’s still missing after a day or two, contact the carrier with your tracking number for an update. If there’s an issue, email us (info@fansforged.com) and we’ll help investigate.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
- What’s your return policy? We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery for any reason (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags. Return shipping is free on approved returns (we provide a prepaid label). After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund your purchase price (plus tax) to your original payment method within ~10 business days. No restocking fees. Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products cannot be returned.
- Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. If the item is unworn and in original condition, we can arrange an exchange. The fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order for the correct size. If the new size is in stock, we can also expedite sending it after your return is approved. Just let us know what you need.
- My item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’re sorry! Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage or error. We will replace or correct the item at no cost, and cover any return shipping needed. Often we can resolve such issues immediately (for example, by refunding or sending a replacement right away) once we see the details.
Sizing & Garment Details
- How do I find my size? Use the Size Guide linked on each product page (or measure a favorite tee and compare to the chart). When in doubt, sizing up is safer.
- What blanks and inks do you use? We use premium blank tees (often Bella+Canvas or similar) and eco-friendly water-based inks. Printful’s DTG/DTF printing ensures soft, vibrant, long-lasting prints.
- How do I care for my shirt? For best results, wash inside-out on cold/gentle, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron the print or use bleach. Any light pre-print marks will vanish after the first wash.
Payments, Discounts & Gift Cards
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, etc.. In many regions we also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout (when available).
- Can I use more than one discount code? No. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Design, Licensing & Requests
- Who creates your artwork? All designs are created by our FansForged team, using AI-assisted tools and human curation. We craft original fan-inspired concepts that you won’t find anywhere else.
- Are you officially affiliated with the brands/series featured? No. FansForged is an independent fan-art brand not endorsed by any rights holder. All our designs are transformative, fan-made works (unless explicitly stated).
- Can I request a design or customization? Yes! We love ideas from the community. Email your concept to info@fansforged.com with “Design Request” in the subject. We review all submissions, but can’t promise to create every idea.
Account, Orders & Support
- Do I need an account to order? No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and view history more easily.
- How do I contact support? Email us at info@fansforged.com or call +1 (561) 331-1276. Our support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET. We typically respond within one business day.
Sustainability
- Is made-to-order better for the planet? Yes. Our made-to-order model means each item is printed only after you order, so we avoid overproduction and waste. We also partner with efficient print-on-demand facilities to minimize environmental impact.
