Orders & Production
Q: How are your shirts made?
A: Every tee is made-to-order through our professional print partner (Printful). Designs are fan-made, transformative works inspired by beloved genres and tropes, and are then printed with high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) or direct-to-film (DTF) methods for soft, long-lasting color.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Most orders print in 2–5 business days. During launches/holidays it may take a bit longer. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We can usually help within 2 hours of purchase (before printing begins). Email us ASAP at fansforged@yahoo.com with your order number and requested change.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship primarily to the United States, and also internationally to many countries.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: US shipping is typically 3–5 business days after production. International delivery is usually 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Yes! Tracking is emailed automatically once your package leaves the facility.
Q: Do international orders have customs/VAT fees?
A: Your local customs office may charge duties/taxes on delivery. These fees aren’t collected by FansForged and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t have it—what now?
A: First, check neighbors and common areas; wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early). Still missing? Email fansforged@yahoo.com and we’ll help investigate.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If there’s a problem with your order (damaged, defective, or misprinted), we’ll replace it at no cost—please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: If the item is unworn and unwashed, we can often help with a size exchange within 30 days. Email us and we’ll walk you through it.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
A: We’re on it. Send your order number and clear photos to fansforged@yahoo.com within 30 days and we’ll get a quick replacement going.
Sizing & Garment Details
Q: How do I find my size?
A: Check our [Size Guide] on each product page. When in doubt, measure a favorite tee and compare to the chart.
Q: What blanks and inks do you use?
A: We use premium tees (often Bella+Canvas or similar) and eco-friendly, water-based DTG inks or DTF through our print partner for soft, vibrant prints.
Q: How do I care for my shirt?
A: For the longest life: wash cold inside-out, gentle cycle, tumble dry low (or hang dry), do not iron directly on the print, and avoid bleach/dry cleaning. Any faint pre-treatment marks from DTG will disappear after the first wash.
Payments, Discounts & Gift Cards
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (availability may vary by region).
Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one promo code per order can be applied at checkout.
Design, Licensing & Requests
Q: Who creates your artwork?
A: All designs are created in-house by FansForged using AI-assisted illustration tools and human curation. We build unique, fan-inspired concepts you won’t find elsewhere.
Q: Are you officially affiliated with the brands/series featured?
A: Unless explicitly stated, FansForged is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original IP holders. Our designs are fan-made, transformative works inspired by beloved genres and tropes.
Q: Can I request a design or customization?
A: We love ideas from the community! Send your concept to fansforged@yahoo.com with “Design Request” in the subject. While we can’t accept every idea, we review all suggestions.
Account, Orders & Support
Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and view history more easily.
Q: How do I contact support?
A: Email fansforged@yahoo.com. Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET. We typically respond within 1 business day.

Q: Is made-to-order better for the planet?
A: Yes. Printing on demand reduces overproduction and waste. We partner with facilities that use modern DTG or DTG methods and efficient logistics to minimize environmental impact.
