Refund policy

1. Overview

FansForged wants customers to understand exactly how returns and refunds work before making a purchase. This policy explains return eligibility, return windows, return shipping, refunds, and exchange options.

 

2. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

For this policy, the “delivery date” means the date the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address on the order.

 

3. Eligible Returns

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including buyer’s-remorse returns, sizing issues, or changed-mind returns, as long as the item is returned in eligible condition.

 

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

• unworn, except for reasonable try-on;

• unwashed;

• free from odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery;

• returned with original tags if applicable; and

• returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• gift cards;

• final sale items clearly marked as final sale;

• personalized items created specifically for one customer; and

• hygiene-sensitive items where return is not appropriate once opened or used.

 

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

• your order number;

• a brief description of the issue; and

• clear photos showing the problem.

 

If the claim is approved, FansForged will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

• your full name;

• the email address used for the order;

• your order number;

• the item or items you want to return; and

• the reason for the return.

 

We aim to respond to return requests within 2 business days.

 

Do not send items back without return instructions, because doing so may delay or prevent processing.

 

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free on approved returns.

 

If a prepaid return label can be issued, we will send one with return instructions. If a prepaid label cannot be issued for a particular location, we may provide alternative instructions and reimburse approved return shipping costs after receiving valid proof of payment.

 

8. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or similar charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

 

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every item or size. If an exchange option is available, we will explain it during the return process. Otherwise, customers may return the original eligible item and place a new order.

 

10. Restocking Fees

FansForged does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

 

11. Returns That Do Not Meet Eligibility Requirements

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements in this policy, we may reject the return and send the item back, or issue only a partial refund where permitted by law and appropriate to the item’s condition.

 

12. Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, and Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to sender because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed to claim the package, return and reshipment options may be limited. Additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment.
